easy 280

easy280 is a software package to realize the basic functions of a Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP) by using the certified safety controller digsy fusion S. For the realization of normative requested safety functions, the software package contains a pre-certified CODESYS library, which results in the fact that the software development time can be reduced significantly. Simultaneously you can add your own functions to set yourself apart of your competitors.

easy280 consists of two software libraries: „easy280 Safety“ and „easy280 Standard“. The „easy280 Safety“ library contains function blocks which are necessary to realize the normative requested safety functions and has been pre-certified by the notified body TÜV Süd. Safety functions such as jack or position monitoring can be realized by simply combining function blocks.

The second library „easy280 Standard“ can be used to realize the basic functions of a MEWP, such as automatic levelling or the automatic movement into the transport position.  Here you are also free to add functions or to create new ones. The used software interfaces have been abstracted in a way that they do not request specific types of sensors or actuators. So far, you can select them yourself or simply keep using those you are used to.

In combination with the safety controller digsy fusion S the software development and documentation effort can be reduced significantly, without losing the freedom to create your own functions.
