Modular mobile suitable safety controller

High performance safety controller for mobile applications. Up to 4 GB file system and 15 MB application memory. 8 CAN interfaces, 2 Ethernet ports and USB. Scalable from 48 to 192 multifunctional I/O’s, each configurable as safe or standard. CODESYS 3.5 SIL2 programmable.

The safety controller digsy® fusion S-P is focusing on high demand applications. With its powerful 400 MHz CPU & FPU it outperforms existing automation solutions and enables designers to realize extraordinary functionality.   

Vast memories allow the storage of detailed logging data over a long period as well as extensive configuration data like load charts for entire machine series.   

Due to its connectivity featuring 8 CAN busses, 2 Ethernet ports, USB and RS-232 it is able to gather all common machine data, store them and transmit them whenever needed. Common protocols from CANopen / CANopen-Safety / J1939 up to Ethernet OPC UA, Modbus TCP, FTP, UDP and TCP/IP are supported. Easy access via Webserver is available.
