Temperature limiter / limiter combination "Duoclic Plus"

The limiter / limiter combination 162 451 is suitable wherever the power supply in an electrical appliance must be interrupted permanently when the preset temperature is reached. Typical applications are power tools, hot presses, hot water storage etc.

Bimetal discs are used as temperature sensing elements. The discs are pressed directly against the mounting plate of the combination and can therefore react quickly to changes in temperature. As soon as the individual preset temperatures are reached, the bimetal discs operate and open the relevant electrical contacts, opening the circuit. On cooling steel discs prevent the temperature limiters from resetting automatically. The limiters must be reset manually by pressing the reset tabs.
