Quality management at our company is based on a process which is actively supported by corporate management.
We have already been certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 since 1996.

Our customers confirm the high quality of our products through various certificates and awards. To achieve this, we have implemented the following measures:

In-process quality inspections during production

  • Machine-controlled 100% functional testing during production
  • Manufacturing supervision by means of additional random sampling during production
  • Ensuring traceability through continuous test data documentation and archiving

Final inspection and outgoing inspection

  • Drop and shock tests in accordance with DIN ISO 2206 or DIN ISO 2248
  • Functional thermal tests
  • Solder tests of thermal links

Documentation

  • Logging of each individual production batch
  • Provision of measurement reports at our customer's request
